Boulevard 406 is a spacious self-catering apartment for 10 guests on Margate Beach. The complex offers direct access to the beach.

The apartment has a sea view and has four bedrooms with ceiling fans, and three bathrooms. The master bedroom opens to a balcony and has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The fourth bedroom has two single beds and there is a sofa bed for two children in the lounge area. Linen and bath towels are provided. Guests must bring their own swimming towels, toilet paper and cleaning equipment.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a dining table. There is a seating area with a TV and DVD player. The apartment also has an indoor braai area. WiFi is available.

The living area leads to a balcony with a sea view. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and pets are not allowed. Secure parking is available in the complex.

Boulevard 406 is just 500 metres from several restaurants and shops and is 1.5 kilometres from the Hibiscus Mall.

An R1000 refundable breakage deposit is required and the balance needs to be paid one week before arrival.A Cleaning fee of R250 will be held back if the unit is dirty and the dishes aren't washed.
