Breede Adventures Rivier Lodge

Situated on the banks of the Breede River, less than 90-minutes from Cape Town, lies the idyllic Breede Adventures River Lodge. Located in the heart of South Africa's beautiful Breede Valley wine region, with a backdrop of spectacular mountains, veld, and fynbos, this river lodge aims to provide you with an unforgettable experience as you enjoy the tranquility of the river and its surrounding spectacular mountains.

Our expansive open plan living and entertainment area offer a great indoor / outdoor flow to the large sun deck overlooking the pool and river. Our swimming pool is not fenced but a pool net can be provided on request. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a large gas hob, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Basic cutlery and crockery is provided. There is also a large indoor and outdoor braai facility.

Our rustic yet comfortable accommodation offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Please note, the upstairs / downstairs sections of the lodge are linked by an outside staircase, leading off the sun deck. Upstairs there are three en-suite bedrooms, with two single beds in each. Bedding is supplied for these three bedrooms. All guests to supply their own towels.

Downstairs there are two spacious dormitory rooms, with bunk beds, as well as one family room with two single beds and two bunk beds (sleeps 6). Guests will need to supply their own bedding and towels for the downstairs dormitory rooms and family room. Guests staying downstairs will make use of the separate ablution facilities.

Late nights at the fire, bird watching, river rafting, and wine tasting or simply just relaxing, we are central to all that the Breede valley has to offer. Escape to the river where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and river adventures on our large grounds.

Our current daily rate includes a maximum of 20 guests. Extra guests are welcome at an additional charge.
