The units are well kept in a relaxing environment. Easter weekend 2016 by Lizelle Strydom, South Africa 03 April 2016 It was raining when we arrived and our stand that had no grass was muddy. We tried to pitch the tent in the slippery area, when a co owner moved us to a area with grass. We really appreciate this as the stands is very close to each other and we would have no view of the river. As we also enjoy fishing the new area were close to the river.When we booked we had no idea that their is different stands that one can choose. Also the lady I spoke to didn't inform me. Also she didn't know how to handle us as we booked through Safarinow.
Your website is not user friendly. No information is displayed of campsites ect. Also no fees are displayed. We still have no idea of other fees like launching of a boat ect.
It's such a beautiful place and we really want to return. Please update your website with a lot of info. Thank you.
Badkamers nie gediens nie by Beatrix Botha 13 November 2017 Ablusie fasilitiete is nie skoongemaak na die mense wat die aand voor ons daar gebly het nie. Broadwater het belowe hulle sal dit kom skoonmaak deur die dag, maar teen laat middag moes ons weer gaan vra. Dit het dit moeilik vir ons gemaak om die badkamers gemaklik te gebruik. The room is comfortable with a very big bed.
