Here guests have a choice of accommodation. There are double, presidential and family rooms in the hotel, Merlin is ideal for the single traveller, and then there is also two honeymoon suites. All the rooms are air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms with televisions with DStv connections and Wi-Fi Internet access. Guests also have hair dryers, bar fridges, and safes at their disposal.

There is secured parking on the premises and guests can enjoy a lap or two in the indoor swimming pool. There is also an on-site restaurant where guests can dine at their leisure.

Saturday evening at about 7.30pm my wife and l arrived at a mall in Newcastle with the hope and confidence that after our last evening family meeting at the mall we will proceed to Camelot boutique hotel and to my surprise Camelot boutique hotel called us to confirm our whereabout at that time. I realized from that call that we were going to be lost as we thought Camelot boutique hotel was just a quarter of kilometer from the mall but a consultant helped us to reach the hotel safely. Camelot boutique hotel rooms are of clean and of high quality that motivated us to go back again. I like to share something very strange that happened when we were enjoying our breakfast. One of the Camelot boutique hotel staff came in to give over to one of guests a leather jacket she left sometimes ago when they were booked at Camelot and forgot it. To me l this is service at its best and I cannot ask for more in day and age. This will remain in my mind for a very long time.

Not a four star by

The staff were not friendly on arrival as well as not professional. The rooms were surface neat but walking barefeet revealed the dirt. Showers dod not maintain an even heat but three out boiling water which you could not change whilst in the shower. Luckily i did not send my son in to shower or he would have been burned. Breakfast did not cater for the different groups and the staff did not even have knowledge of 5 roses tea and it was not placed out. Needs to be stripped of its stars as it does not deserve them.
