The penthouse comprises three bedrooms with a king-size or queen-size bed. The bedrooms have balconies leading to the beach and air-conditioning as well as a safe.

There is an en-suite bathroom and a private bathroom. The bathrooms have a shower only or a shower over the bath. A separate toilet is available.
