Situated on the seafront road popular with walkers, runners and cyclists for its scenic views, Casa Uvongo offers uninterrupted 180-degree sea views and is just a 400m walk to the refurbished fishing pier and the popular Uvongo beach - favoured for its sheltered location amidst towering cliffs and waterfall into a lagoon with paddle boats and canoes, as well as the tidal pool, fresh swimming pool, restaurants take aways and ice cream parlour. The complex surrounds a sheltered communal braai area with lawns and playground equipment creating a safe environment for kids.

This spacious unit is located on the second floor, offering excellent sea views. It comfortably sleeps six guests in two bedrooms (main bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two pairs of bunk beds). There is also a sleeper couch in the lounge for an additional two children. The main bedroom has an en-suite washroom with shower only, and the second bathroom has both a shower and a bath. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a living area over a breakfast counter with bar stools. The comfortable lounge has 74cm television, Openview satellite television and DVD player. It opens through sliding doors onto a large balcony with a el-fresco dining suite and fantastic sea views.

This is a budget unit which is not modern but it is clean and comfortable, offers all the amenities and great sea views. It is allocated one covered parking bay and there is limited guest parking, all behind remote electric gates. There is a communal laundry on-site. Linen is provided for the beds, but not for the sleeper couch. No beach or bath towels are provided. The unit is not serviced unless by arrangement.
