Completely underwhelmed by

We booked our stay through Safarinow (future leisure) and we were promised a lot, but sadly the agent did not come anywhere near expectations.

First things first, we arrived and the entire house was not cleaned and smelled extremely stuffy. There were no complimentary refreshments as promised; half the lights were not working; the dsTV, garage, deep freezer were not working; the kitchen cupboard was broken; the bedroom drawer was broken, and the bedroom pillows had digusting stains. We only received some sort of welcome folder the day after we arrived which included inventory which we did not receive.

Zimbali resort itself is beautiful and somewhat made up for the terrible accomodation but do yourself a favour, and do not book Casa Catherine (4 Jacana). The property is also rather far from the entrances and amenities.
