C Flat

C Flat is a multi-storied seaside self-catering apartment building approximately 80 metres from the beach in Herolds Bay. The apartments, situated on the first and second floor, are accessible by an internal communal stairwell. One parking space in the lock-up garage is available per apartment.

The apartments are equipped with cutlery and crockery, linen, bedding, electric blankets, oil fin heaters, a Weber barbeque with BBQ tools, toaster, kettle, fridge with a freezing compartment, microwave, hob and oven with an extractor fan, dishwasher, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There is a 3kg gas bottle and cooker plate and LED rechargeable light, to be used in the event of power outages. There is a small lock up safe in the main bedroom. A starter pack of dishwashing detergent and tablets, liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner is provided.

High C Flat is a 2 bedroomed apartment sleeping 4 guests featuring an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a patio on the 2nd floor. The apartment is reached by a communal stairwell with 4 landings and 36 steps. Middle C Flat is a 3 bedroomed apartment sleeping 6 guests. Featuring a roomy, open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and TV with a small balcony on 1st floor. and is accessed by 2 landings and 28 steps in a communal stairwell.
