Challenor Ridge offers comfortable accommodation in pleasant, clean, modern and furnished en-suite rooms situated in a lovely garden of tranquil surroundings, full of bird life.

Each room features a TV with M-Net, air-conditioning, an overhead fan, towels, tea and coffee and semi self-catering facilities, and is serviced daily for guests' convenience. We also have a swimming pool and an under cover braai. Scrumptious English or continental breakfasts can be enjoyed in your room or patio, and home-cooked meals are available on request.

It was a lovely vacation and a special thanks to Yvette for being so accomodating. The cleaning services were even provided on public holidays and Sundays. Recommended!

Not spectacular, but a comfy place all the same by

Challenor Ridge is a very unassuming venue tucked away in Richards Bay. Much like the town itself, it's a very unassuming place to rest your head for the night. The premises are a bit run down, and the bathroom facilities very outdated and somewhat moldy, but I had a great night's sleep on a very comfortable bed - which in the end was all I needed. You won't be 'slumming it' if you stay at Challenor Ridge, but it won't blow your socks off either.
