Clairwood Villa

Clairwood Villa is a modern, self-catering home located in Milnerton Ridge, only minutes away from the beach. The villa is located in a lovely residential area, close to local transport routes and not far from great attractions such as Milnerton Lagoon, Century City and the Waterfront.

The Villa sleeps up to 10 guests in comfortable bedrooms with either queen or twin beds. Quality linen and towels are provided for your stay. The bathrooms are modern and have a bath or a shower and a bath.

The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with bar stools and includes a fridge / freezer, oven / stove, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery and cutlery. There is a dining room table and a comfy lounge area with a flat screen TV.

Clairwood Villa is a great house for entertaining with an indoor braai room that has a built in braai, table and chairs, and a bar counter with bar stools. This room has large stacking doors that lead outside onto a patio area and the swimming pool. There is also a full alarm system, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the Villa and secure parking for up to four vehicles.
