Cloverleigh Guest House is situated right on the edge of the Wilderness Lagoon in the heart of the Garden Route of South Africa.Cloverleigh Guest House has 2 self catering rooms, 2 studio's and 1 (two bedroom) mini apartment.All our units are freestanding with a separate entrance, equipped with a kitchenette and have a private outside seating with braai facility Cloverleigh is centrally situated for all the famous golf courses in George and Knysna. Wilderness is a great spot for water sport enthusiasts and offers excellent birding opportunities; many types of water birds breed here. We are within easy reach of Oudtshoorn for a visit to the Cango Caves, Ostrich farms and a spectacular drive through the Swartberg Pass to Prince Albert.The establishment offers picnic baskets, airport transfers, fax and e-mail facilities and secure parking. A short walk along the boardwalk takes you to the beach and we are also within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants.

We LOVED our stay at Cloverleigh Cottages! Not only is it perfectly situated to be able to access all the wonderful things to do in Wilderness; it's close enough for a quiet and easy amble into town or to the beach too. The Cottages' position just across the road from the Wilderness Lagoon is perfect for sundowners on the deck, and provides a perfect launching point for waterside strolls along the well-maintained boardwalk and bird watching. Johann and Annatjie are friendly and gracious hosts with great knowledge of the area and surrounds, and they make a really tasty breakfast! The room we had for the week was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed - and the spa-bath a welcome and unexpected treat - especially after a long days' hiking! The back garden is a treat for bird-lovers and we spent many a happy morning amongst Swee Waxbills, Forest Canaries, Cape White-eyes, Knysna Louries, Fork-tailed Drongos, and many other feathered friends. There is also a resident cat with a very friendly disposition :) We will definitely visit Cloverleigh Cottages again.

Beautiful surroundings by

We had the Forrest Cottage, and were really impressed with the beautiful view. A few small shortcomings that can easily be fixed.

Gert and Nadia were brilliant - made us feel right at home. Great Wilderness hospitality!

We had a lovely, stay at Cloverleigh Cottages. We enjoyed staying in the family unit. It was very clean and we had everything that we needed. Thanks so much to Gert and Nadia for such a nice stay. Saayman's from Oudtshoorn.
