The owners were amazing, they accommodated us in every way. Staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Food was delicious! Planning to go back.

Ons verblyf was baie aangenaam. Mooi hotel met modende dekor. Kamers is ruim, netjies en see-uitsig.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL by

I booked a room with disability facilities, and was ensured that it would be so. However, when we arrived at the so called disability room, there were no grab rails, the toilet was low, no assistance to get up from it, no stool in the shower and no hand held shower, only a rain shower too high to reach. This situation needs to be seriously addressed because it is fraudulent to advise that there are disability aids, but there are none. The establishment is very nice but there are no disability rooms in spite of their declaration that there are.
