Coco de Mer Hotel and Black Parrot Suites is a modern 4 Star hotel that lies on over 200 acres of natural beauty of the Indian Ocean. The hotel offers beauty, safety, peace, tranquility and quality, and is named after the unique coco de mer palm tree. Coco de Mer Hotel features spacious grounds, comfortable rooms, a private location and a friendly atmosphere, boasting spectacular views of the surrounding islands, forested mountainsides and glorious sunsets.

All of the rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The rooms are open and airy, and interconnecting rooms are also available. Room facilities include air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, IDD telephones, satellite TVs, tea and coffee-making facilities, mini fridges, and a balcony or terrace with sea views.

The on-site Hibiscus Restaurant offers full English breakfasts, international and Creole cuisine, barbecues, and buffets. There is also the Mango Terrace Bar and Grill, The Coconut Bar and the Black Parrot Bar which offer mouthwatering meals, or you can simply choose in-room dining.

The hotel is flanked by several small, private beaches forming part of the large bay at Anse Bois de Rose and guests always have access to ample sun-bathing areas, large sand terraces, palm tree-strung hammocks, and sun loungers. We also have two magnificent pools, one in the unique shape of a coco de mer, overlooking the Indian Ocean and considered to be amongst the finest on Praslin.

Complimentary shuttle transfers to Anse Lazio beach are available to our guests several times weekly, and guests can either stroll or use the hotel's bicycles to access the many private sandy coves that dot this side of the island. Sports and leisure facilities include minigolf, guided nature trails, library and Internet facilities, shuttle bus to Anse Lazio, giant chess, tennis court, gym room, bicycles, snorkelling equipment and a souvenir boutique.
