This Country Paradise House is a beautiful self-catering home that is situated in a superb position, on the beautiful slopes of the Swellendam Mountains.

The beautiful house has upmarket finishes and is all yours for the duration of your stay; it is ideal for families or a small group of eight friends. Very private setting.

Country Paradise House can accommodate up to a maximum of eight guests and comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas.

The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, an en-suite and a dressing room. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed, and the fourth bedroom is en-suite and contains 2 single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with an oven and hob, a microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and other small appliances. There is also a granite-topped breakfast bar with stools and a fully equipped laundry facility. The dining area contains an eight-seater dining table and chairs. The TV lounge contains a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with DStv.

Outside, there is a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture, an entertainment area with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a lapa and free-standing braai facility. The garden is absolutely fantastic and peaceful. The property is fully walled, and the house is protected by an alarm system. Secure off-street parking is provided.

The house offers a very spacious, luxurious feel and has a relaxing atmosphere, in a beautiful and spacious garden setting. Swellendam is a historic town, the third oldest in South Africa, and you can visit the Drostdy Museum and various other historic buildings.
