De Poort is the perfect secluded off the grid getaway tucked away in the Overberg bush overlooking a beautiful dam. The cottage is located in a peaceful setting approximately 10 minutes drive outside Bredasdorp. It is also close to the coastal town of Struisbaai, wine farms and Agulhas wetlands park.
It consists of two en-suite rooms and can sleep four people and sleep couch for two kids. Both rooms are en-suite: main bedroom with king size bed, toilet and shower. The other room has two single beds also with toilet and shower. There is a sleeper couch in the living room for additional sleeping (max two on sleeper couch).
Its rustic appeal blends in with the surrounding nature and it is fully off the grid driven by solar/gas, but does not lack the luxuries like wi-fi and even a fired hot-tub for those starry nights.
Come enjoy hiking, cycling, swimming, rowing, fishing, and horse riding, or just sit on the big porch and appreciate nature and if you lucky, you can even spot antelope.
