Ducks Country House and Venue is an eclectic styled guest house nestled away amongst trees, on the bank of the Klip River. Only 40 min drive South of Johannesburg, the guest house is located in the tranquil village of Henley-on-Klip. The guest house offers spacious manor house suites, with large windows, some overlooking the lush garden and a sneaky view of the river. Three luxury log cabins are hidden away amongst trees and bamboo, with views of the garden and rippling waters of the Klip River. All the suites have en-suite, full bathrooms and seating areas. Well equipped for your comfort.Guests can explore numerous attractions in and around the area, such as the Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve and the Marievale Bird Sanctuary.

DUCKS COUNTRY HOUSE EN VENUE RESENSIES (35%)
Sseing the Klip river in flood by

the chalets booked were flooded so we were given alt rooms. One was great . but the other was very so-so. We did not like the bathroom and especially toilet in the room, albeit screened off. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay.

Overall not impressed by

First impression of my room which was a log cabin was disgust - very dirty old carpets with a musty smell
