The hotel was lovely , very friendly staff. Could improve slightly on the cleanliness of the units as well as new towels . It was also a bit of an inconvience and an embarrassment on the hotels behalf that the admin lady claimed that I stayed a day later than my booking and also paid a day short , after some in depth investigation they discovered that it was a communication misunderstanding between safari and dumela flat resorts . I did not have a problem paying for their mess up but I also did not appreciate being accused . As a customer I felt that this issue should have been sorted out between safari and dumela flat resorts as you obviously make payments for your bookings according to the amount that they request . Come on guys ! A loyal customer is a happy customer !
