EAGLE'S NEST LODGE RESENSIES (58 %) Mahlatse Modika, South Africa 14 April 2014 The only nice thing about the place was the receptionist. She was very friedly. The room had spiderwebs all over and spiders were everywhere. The room was dusty, must husband couldn't stop sneazing. I'm very slim build but everytime I sat at the bed it felt like it was gonna break any minute. While sleeping when u turn the bed made cracking sounds. If u closed the toilet door then you will be looked in cause the door gets stuck and you can't open. The bedroom ceiling was caving in as if it will fall at any minute and you could see nail holes and there was also a water mark on the ceiling. You could see the space between the ceiling and the strip
The place was like a dometry you could her neighbors and kids running in the corridors in the early morning.
The drive way is very narrow, dark and dangerous.
To say I will never go to this establishment again is an under statement..... Pleasant stay, nice staff by Wassily Nemitz, Germany 21 March 2015 We stayed at Eagle's Nest Lodge for one night. The staff was really friendly, the room well equipped and the Lodge nicely decorated. The only thing that we dd not like was the shower, showering in there was difficult. Previously we stayed in the family rooms wit the loft, it was not as clean as you would like, but not bad.
This weekend we stayed in the family room next the pool and it was terrible. The aircon was leaking and dripping on our faces during the night.
And in both rooms there are no plug close to a mirror, how does a lady get to dry her hair facing a mirror?
