Fallsway Villas are very unique and in a class of their own. The villas are beautifully furnished, professionally operated and meticulously serviced with attention given to every detail and design. Indeed our services are of exceptionally high standards and quality which will make your stay with us not only a memorable one, but a very comfortable one too.

Each villa features three large bedrooms, with the master bedroom being en-suite. The beds are made from beautiful, hardwood mahogany and antique oak timber with quality mattresses. Linen and towels are also provided. There is another large bathroom as well as a guest toilet, and the bathrooms are very modern, with high quality fittings.

Each villa also offers a furnished study or office, which is convenient to work from, and we offer free unlimited wireless Internet access. There is a large open-plan lounge and dining room with modern furniture and each villa has two TVs with DStv; one in main bedroom and the other in the lounge area. The fully fitted and equipped German-made kitchen and scullery are absolutely gorgeous, with all the latest appliances, cutlery, crockery, and utensils provided. These include a microwave oven, a conventional oven, a hob, an extractor fan, a fridge-freezer, a dish washer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Tea and coffee-facilities are also supplied on a daily basis.

Laundry is done for your personal clothing on a daily basis, free of charge and the linen in the villa is changed and washed twice a week. There is a well-trained personal maid for each villa who will do the housekeeping for the entire villa, including the kitchen mess. This is done daily, including on the weekends and public holidays. Our housekeeping staff are highly trained, qualified, and will go that extra mile to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

The villas have 24-hour security and the entire property is enclosed with an electric fence. Each villa also has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a fully fledged modern gym on our nearby site, which guests are free to make use of at no extra cost. In addition, there are barbecue facilities and our staff will make necessary arrangements for you to do a barbecue, on request. Free airport transfers upon arrival and check-out are also provided on request.
