The location is central and the variety of bird life and the noise of hippos at night are worthwhile.
Neighbours were noisy and disruptive.
The kitchen was ill-equipped, cutlery lacking and linen was not provided on the first night as it had not been laundered. Water is cut off from 22.00 to 06.00 each night. This was not explained to us at all. The unit needed a serious cleanup and maintenance. Good management might still be able to rescue the venue.

Dear Mr. Frangs,

Criticizing can be helpful, as there really was a shortage of the cutlery, which we replaced immediately.
Yes, water was limited by the municipality due to the drought conditions. there was nothing we could do about it, as our management tried to explain to you when you arrived.
And, when complaining about the flat not being prepared (linen, cleaning, etc) for you, that was because you arrived a day early and without notifying us.
