Highly recommended and one of Fraai Uitzicht 1798 most indulgent experiences is The Fine Wine and Dine Menu, a seven-course set menu, with specially selected wines to accompany each course. The menu also includes coffee and Brandy.
HISTORIC WINE CELLAR
Visit the historic wine cellar, one of the oldest in the valley, and see the original woodwork and handcrafted beams. In this ancient atmosphere the handcrafted Merlot is produced as a joy of life. Some vintages are available from this hostoric wine cellar, Merlot 2003, 2004 and 2005. The release of the Merlot 2006 is planned for early 2009, whilst the Merlot 2008 is maturing in French and American Oak barrels.
