Frog Mountain Getaway has proven to be very popular with single travellers, couples, families and for celebrated occasions.
We are located in a beautiful secret valley at the base of the majestic Langeberg Mountain, just outside of Swellendam, with the Buffeljags River flowing through the farm.
Frog Mountain can sleep up to 33 guests in five accommodation options. Our three thatched Rondavels provide guests with something different and fun to stay in. The kids love them and they have affectionately become known as the "Mushroom Houses"
Our larger Nguni Cottage, is named after our herd of indigenous Nguni cattle, and proves to be very comfortable with a variety of modern conveniences.
We are now also pleased to offer our new flagship unit, Willow Lodge. Willow Lodge is effectively two thatched rondavels linked together, and can sleep a combination of 10 guests in three en-suite bedrooms and a kid's loft area.
There are lots of activities available to our guests, ranging from swimming in the river or in our unique pool, amazing waterfalls and rock pools, a Foefie slide into the Buffeljags River, fishing, canoeing and a playground for the kids with a tractor, trampoline, jungle gym, soccer field and a netball net.
