Gerrard House is a self-catering, sunny and modern double-storey house situated in Camps Bay, five minutes from the beach and popular restaurants. The apartment features two large patios upstairs; one has a stunning sea and mountain view, while the other faces away from the sea and has beautiful views of the mountains.

The house comprises a sunny lounge upstairs leading onto the main patio, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter and bar stools, and an open-plan dining room. Downstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom is fitted with two single beds. The rooms lead out onto the sparkling swimming pool.The laundry room is situated downstairs. A double lock-up garage has a door which leads straight into the house.
