Godfreys Beach House

Godfreys Beach House is situated right on the beach in the little village of Cape St Francis.

This lovely beach house offers four en-suite bedrooms that are furnished with double or single beds, while the bathrooms consists of showers or baths. The main room has glass sliding doors and overlooks the sea. The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished and equipped with a TV with DStv and a DVD player. It also has a fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere on those chilly days. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table or play a round of pool in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer as well as cutlery and crockery. Internet is also available on request.

The house also has an enclosed courtyard with a swimming pool, braai facilities and a double indoor shower for rinsing after a swim. For your peace of mind, the house has an alarm system and the live-in housekeeper will make your stay more comfortable.

Cape St Francis offers guests a variety of activities like surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, hiking and abseiling. The area is good for birdwatching and guests are close enough to St Francis Bay to make the canal cruise and boat trips up the Kromme River. Guests can visit Seal Point Nature Reserve which is home to a lighthouse that was commissioned in 1878 and was declared a national monument in 1984. It is regarded as a great place to surf and is also very popular for sand boarding.
