Granada 104 is located in the centre of Margate with access to all the city has to offer. This modern apartment is in close proximity to Margate's main beach. There is a variety of bars, restaurants and nightclubs.

The fully equipped unit has a large balcony with sea, beach and river views. There is a private built-in wood braai and patio set with seating for six guests. The master bedroom comprises a queen-size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. The Spa room has two single beds, TV and an ironing board with iron. The bathroom comprises an oval-shaped bath with a shower, a toilet, basin and washing machine. Guests can hang their clothes on their own private laundry line.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. There are two double sofas in the lounge with a TV, DVD machine, a dining table with six seats as well as air conditioning. Full Explora DStv extra view and Wi-Fi is also available. An allocated smoking section is available on the large balcony. Two secure parking spaces are provided. Unfortunately, no students are allowed.
