Grazia Guest House is located south of Bloemfontein, in a quiet street just a stone's throw from Life Rosepark Hospita,l and makes the ideal stopover or weekend getaway.

The guest house has been designed to accommodate groups, families or individuals. We also cater for small conferences or seminars, as well as for the individual who wants to recover from hospital, in a homier environment.

We offer fully equipped, air-conditioned, en-suite units with beautiful bathrooms, tea and coffee-making facilities, hairdryer and plasma TV with six different DStv channels, tranquility at its best. Rooms are serviced daily, all linen and towels are provided and safe parking is also available.

In addition, we have a variety of shops, banks, coffee shops, petrol station, hospital, flower shops and gift shops, right at our doorstep.

Home away from home by

It was a home away from home and every year when in Bloemfontein I vote Grazia and will like to always be there on my journey to the vicinity as a family man it fits me. The only thing they can add, is the microwave and stove was not working. Thanks!

Room's very basic no bedside tables no hairdryers in rooms and for the price they charge they could at least serve breakfast
