Hangklip House is an old radar station used in the Second World War and was built at this location specifically for the view. The now self-catering holiday house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people and enjoys breath taking views of the ocean and lighthouses.This private and homely house is right in the middle of nature. It has three bedrooms and an open-plan lounge and dining room. For larger booking the adjacent flat is also included featuring an open plan layout with a Queen and single bed. Another unattached small bedroom with a double bed is available. The kitchen has all facilities for preparing meals. The dining room leads out onto a lath roofed patio at the back of the house with braai facilities. This is perfect for an evening braai.The upstairs flat has a pool table and a Darts board.The house is only 1 km from the beach with a panoramic view over False Bay. One can see three lighthouses from the house.Although accessible with any vehicle, high range vehicles are recommended. 4 x 4 not necessary.
