Hannic's Retreat offer luxurious self-catering accommodation in the quaint and tranquil village of Clarens. Clarens sets the ideal country laid back environment for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolitan cities.

This is the perfect retreat for families looking for a weekend getaway. This graceful cottage can sleep six people.

The cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area and a spacious veranda. The living room boasts with a gas-fired log fireplace and a TV with DStv. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for six people and includes a combination fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, as well as a four-plated stove with an oven.

There is a built-in braai facility on the veranda and also a single lock-up garage on the side of the house.

We will definitely return to Hannic's Retreat, it's a cosy house with everything you need for a warm winter stay. Lovely view of the mountains, close the town.

We had a lovely stay at Hannic's Retreat. First of all this cottage is sparkling clean and neat as a pin. The cottage has everything you need including a gas fireplace, a built in braai on the covered patio, heaters in the bathrooms and a decent size TV with DSTV. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The property is secured with a fence and a motorized gate. The cottage is a short walk from town and there is even a bit of sherry waiting for you when you get back on a cold night. We loved sitting on the patio and looking out on the mountain. We will definitely be back for longer than a weekend.
