The apartment is situated in the Majestic Village in the heart of Kalk Bay, a short distance from the Kalk Bay Harbour.

The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and comprises one bedroom, a loft, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The loft bedroom is accessible via two flights of stairs and contains two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony which has a dining table and a couch. The balcony is enclosed with double glazed glass as to minimize noise from the Main Road.

The apartment is located inside the revitalized old Majestic Village, which used to be the Majestic Hotel. The hotel's original 1920 features have been retained and combined with modern luxuries to create an environment which celebrates living.
