Holly Tree is located in an upmarket suburb named Franschhoek in Cape Town. This modern self-catering apartment can accommodate up to four guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. The lounge, dining and kitchen area are open-plan with a four-seater dining table and satellite television with a DVD player.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has an indoor gas fireplace. A washing machine, tumble-dryer and hair dryer are provided. The private patio has patio furniture and an umbrella. Swimming towels are provided for the communal swimming pool. There is secure parking on the premises and a lock up garage.

The main room has a double bed, plasma TV, air conditioning, linen and blankets and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a heated towel rail and towels. The second room has twin beds with linen and blankets. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, heated towel rail and towels.

Children of all ages are welcome and a camp cot can be arranged. Daily service can also be arranged at an additional charge. Please notify us in advance if you require either.
