I was very happy to stayed at Oribi Hotel, they're so kind and I am very very appreciated for their services.

Appauling service from the staff by

The service received at the hotel was appauling.
On the day of arrival at the hotel, the guy who assisted us didn't know of our booking. We showed him the receipt sent to me via email and the proof that the money was deducted from my account but still did not understand. Eventually he gave us the key for a room.
By 6a.m on the 6th of March he came knocking on the door demanding that we must come out and provide proof that we had a booking and had paid for it. I forwarded the mail with the receipt from Safari, got out of bed and went to the reception. The lady at reception went on to take pictures of the other staff member while i was still waiting for her to assist me. She only attended to me once she finished taking the photos and she was very rude. She told me that she needs a receipt from Hotel Oribi not Safari because i paid Safari not Hotel Oribi. I told her that i will not be able to help her with that because they advertise their hotel on Safari and therefore they have an agreement with Safari that i dont know of. I then asked for Marcel who is the reservations contact on the receipt provided and they said he was not working yesterday. I finally told them to sort it out with Marcel and get back to me.I then went back to the room. I went to this hotel for a restful night but this was not made possible. Who wakes up people at 6a.m because they do not know more infor about the operations of the hotel they are working for? I had paid for the room in full beforehand because i didn't want any hassles when i get there, only to receive this kind of service.
This is the worst service that i have ever received.

The hotel was ok, room is cleaned daily and staff are very nice and helpful. But needs some maintenance in the rooms to keep it updated.
