INYONI HOUSE RESENSIES (88 %) The peaceful and tranquil surroundings by Landi Van Rensburg 19 June 2017 We had an awesome weekend and no one wanted to go home! This sure is a diamond in the bush! Loved every second especially the friendly animals roaming around the house! Another wonderful weekend spent in nature at it's finest! by Eugene Bezuidenhout 24 July 2017 Once again my friends and I were treated to a amazing time at Inyoni House this past weekend, only a 4:30 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were welcomed by a warm breeze and sunshine as we entered Marloth park and a stress-free quick check-in at Security. Everything is catered for by the house, you need only bring your consumables, food and toiletries. The setting is one of absolute peace and tranquillity as you clear you mind and unwind. The animals roaming freely around the house frequently visit for grass pellet feed which can be readily purchased at nearby convenience shops. It was a real up close and personal experience to feed and interact with the wildlife and see them in an environment as close to nature as one could hope for outside of the Kruger park itself. At night we made log fires at the Boma and listened to the crackling of the fire, watching the adorable bush babies hop from tree to tree in the dark. A magical place and experience we will be sure to repeat as often as possible! Thanks Matthew and Charlene for yet another memorable stay! :) Animals come to feed at your front door by Charles Dicks 02 January 2018 Absolutely nothing, perfect! Quietness by Kealeboga Mokate 02 January 2018 Enjoyed our stay away from the city, very quiet and relaxing, the house is very clean and well looked after,it just needs a bigger swimming pool Nature up close by Azarja Groot 22 March 2018 Inyoni was just what we needed for a short family getaway. Everything that we needed was provided. The best part of the visit was the animals (warthogs, kudu, wildebeest etc.) that came to visit the house for food and water (we had brought some game feed) which can also be purchased at the shop. The kids loved it!
While the house does not have air conditioning, the thatch, screened windows and excellent ceiling fans work to keep things cool enough.
The great thing about Marloth Park is that many of the houses feel secluded because of the bush. While that is currently the case with Inyoni, there is another house undergoing construction nearby.
Although we did not end up using it much, the raised viewing deck was a pleasant surprise when we arrived. Marlth Park - Inyoni House by Jooste Bezuidenhout 02 May 2018 I loved every moment of the stay and there is no negative commentary rom my side. The house is more than fully equiped and very private by C Naude 25 June 2018 enjoyed the feeding dishes for game and the bushbaby coming to visit every night at the braai The animals free roaming and visiting the Inyoni house by John Connolly 11 August 2018 Braai grid is not user friendly in terms of the height adjustments. It is either too low or too high.
Shower water is always hot but not so for the bath water temperature.
Evidence of rat droppings on the kitchen counter in the mornings
But we had a fantastic stay and will be back at Inyoni House. Amazing weekend! by Cecilia Kirsten 25 September 2018 We had a lovely stay. The house had everything you could have needed. Bathrooms are beautiful and rooms very spacious. We had a visit from a Warthog who played in the water and came onto the veranda.
Will definitely visit Inyoni House again. INYONI HOUSE LIGGING
