KaiaPraia is a self-catering lodge on the shore of Laguna do Bilene, consisting of five separate en-suite chalets, a communal kitchen and a dining/lounge area. We are ON the lagoon beach in the village of Nhabanga 13km from Bilene. The lagoon is very popular among water sport enthusiast, while KaiaPraia is ideal for family holidays or a romantic get-a-way.

KAIAPRAIA AKKOMMODASIE RESENSIES (83 %) Great place by Chelsea Dullea, Mozambique 17 April 2014 We stayed in January and had 2 of the 4 casitas. We were 3 adults, 1 child, and 1 puppy. The owners are very friendly and have decorated much of KaiaPraia with their own original art pieces. We'd definitely go back! with all my questions prior to arriving, and also provided a ?welcome pack'
with some great hints and tips when travelling there. The rooms were spacious
and airy. This place is situated in spitting distance of the lagoon beach, and
is nicely placed away from the centre of Bilene which is extremely busy over
the New Years period. Kaia Praia is in a tiny village called Nhabanga that is
tranquil and quaint and is situated about 10/15kms around the lagoon from
Bilene. The staff at Kaia Praia were extremely helpful with just about
everything. If you are planning to go over the New Years period, just expect
some noise from the little resort about 500-600metres down the lagoon which
tends to play some loud music. The communal kitchen was cute, but had all the
essentials which was all we needed when braai-ing everyday. All in all this
place is in a fantastically beautiful location, is extremely comfortable, and

Right on the beach by Chantal Le Roux 08 January 2018 Rustic, cosy units. The bedding and towels are changed regularly and the rooms are cleaned daily. The units being situated so close to the beach makes it lovely, unfortunately the quads and cars on the beach can become a bit much at times.
The communal kitchen is awkward at times, if you are going to stay here, bring a few essentials from your own kitchen you cant live without. (Sharp knives, cutting board, tupperware).
The splash pool that was recently installed is perfect.
Kaia Praia does not have Wi-Fi - but they have good cellphone reception and data in Mozambique is cheap.
