Kallabaskop Lodge is an Eco Friendly Lodge and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in chalets as well as a lovely camping site. The lodge is located in the heart of beautiful Namaqualand, a perfect, peaceful getaway with loved ones.

There are five charming chalets and covered Camping Areas. The Chalets can accommodate two guests in each and are furnished with comfortable three-quarter beds, as well as a private toilet and hand basin. The units also have small kitchenettes with small fridges for your self-catering needs.

There is space for a caravan in the Camping Areas, and all the Chalets and Camping Areas, make use of separate ablution facilities with showers for men and ladies. The shower water is brackish. Braai facilities are available at all the units to enjoy.

Kallabaskop Lodge is powered by solar power, and guests are asked to not use implements such as hair dryers etc.

Skilpad and Namaqua National Park is just a short drive away from Kallabaskop Lodge.The Namaqua flowers bloom Between August to September, and really is a breathtaking experience.

Please remember there is no nearby shops so be sure to bring enough wood, food and water. The cellphone signal is also weak at the Lodge. Thank you!!!

Nice place with everything you need during your stay. Hospitality of Hendrina was amazing.

Kallabaskop is a wonderful oasis in a very desolate part of the country. The lodge's situation is wonderful, and the central lapa area equipped with everything one needs to cook and serve meals. Some of us stayed in the cabins and others camped. The shared ablutions are very nice. Our group of 11 felt like this was by far the best place for many miles around and great base to explore Hondekip Baai and the Namaqua National Park. We all plan to visit Kallabaskop again, but not in mid summer as the whole of that are must be extremely hot in December January.
