All rooms are furnished with comfy beds. The main house has an equipped kitchen which is shared by all guests doing self-catering. The cottage has its own equipped kitchen.

Our lovely, open-plan living area boasts a well-equipped kitchen where self-catering guests can prepare their meals. The lounge and dining areas are the social heart of the house. There is also a braai (barbeque) on the covered, poolside patio. The swimming pool and lush, expansive garden offers you many long lazy hours of rest.

Being centrally situated you can take easy day trips from Hillcrest in any direction you please. East - visit Durban's Golden Mile of beaches, Ushaka Marine World and the Moses Mabhida Stadium - about 35kms West - take a trip into the country. Visit the Nelson Mandela capture site and the Howick Falls in Howick - about 90kms.

Then take a slow drive through the Midlands stopping off at the numerous craft and farm stalls along the way South - take a trip along the Hibiscus coastline where you can stop off at the numerous coastal towns each offering a unique personality - from Amanzimtoti to Port Edward - the options are endless North - this trip takes you to the Natal Sharks Board and the Gateway Theater of Shopping in Umhlanga. Further north there are many interesting stops such as Ballito, Umdloti, Salt Rock. The King Shaka International airport is on this route
