Set in the breathtakingly picturesque Maluti Mountains between the Golden Gate Reserve and the quaint village of Clarens, Kiara Lodge offers an all-encompassing retreat with easy access to explore nearby attractions.

The lodge comprises of 13 different apartments, which cater to every traveller's needs, and all feature fully equipped kitchens, lounges with selected DStv, and daily housekeeping, apart from Sundays and Public Holidays. The resort also offers guests a swimming pool, a restaurant, children's play areas, and parking on the premises.

Clarens is an explorers dream, with attractions nearby such as the Basotho Cultural Village, the Clarens Village Conservancy and the Golden Gate National Park.

Certain facilities carry a nominal charge for the use thereof; however, an ?All Access Pass? may be purchased at check-in for all unit guests to enjoy use thereof during their stay. Very nice and impressive. Nice scenery.
One of the cosiest restaurant we have come across. Beautiful gardens. Lots of activities for children.

Refreshing! by

Loved the place. Nice that the amenities were free. Lovely breakfast but dinner was disappointing. Rabbits running around was awesome coming to greet you in the evenings and early mornings. Would definitely go again!

Golden Gate National Park by

When we arrived Kiara did not know about us. They had no record of our booking. They managed to accommodate us but it seems your liaison with them needs to improve. Kiara 10/10, SafariNow ?/?

Bad service by

The service was very poor, we were just given the keys and inventory list. they did not even check if what is on the list correspond with what was given on our room when we were checking in. No communication skills we were even threatened to be kicked out of the room when we were raising our complaints

Feeding the rabbits by

Loved the accommodation and the restaurant. Such a beautiful peaceful place.

Will definitely return. Thanks for a great stay. Very helpful staff.Great views and excellent for children to also enjoy a little bit of nature.
