As we were going to a wedding and needed to freshen up we asked for an early check-in which was gladly granted. Lovely, warm welcome, organized and efficient. The Windsor room was super lovely and well equipped with lots of lovely touches. Easy to find and easy access to property. It was very convenient for our wedding venue at the Secret Garden too.

poor maintenance - bedroom door has dropped, toaster works one side only access to room very uneven and difficult to walk on and steps outside room far too narrow and steps to breakfast room difficult and no handrail nowhere to put suitcases out of the way bathroom lacks hooks and shelves and mirror not big enough. no glasses for juice for breakfast no shower cap pool pump motor too close and too noisy tv decoder light bright and shines in your eyes when you try to sleep
