Poor maintenance and very poor hygiene...

the view and the fact that i was minutes away from canal walk by

i loved the place it was clease neat and safe, i loved the mall next to us and the view.

Very central location by

Nice, neat, clean apartment. Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 2 teenaged children. Efficient welcome at the security gate, and a very central location, within walking distance of Canal Walk, and a short drive from the city centre. I will happily stay there again. One small complaint (and it has nothing to do with the apartment itself): the parking basement has a layer of what seems to be cement dust on the ground, which makes it very slippery . Had to be very careful when walking in the basement.
