I booked a room for a week for a friend of mine. Despite the fact that I paid for the place in full in advance the staff kept harassing my friend for payment. SafariNow sent them proof of payment and spoke at a senior level to their management.The only reason I imagine why this continued was the fact that the staff were trying to defraud my friend.They supposedly got confirmation suddenly from their bank at 5pm on a Friday. Absolute nonsense. I will be taking this up with their owner.
