KWAGGASKOP GAME FARM RESENSIES (91 %) Perfect Getaway by Charmaine Pillay, South Africa 29 March 2016 The property is totally secluded allowing you the opportunity to getaway from the city rush. The house is a perfect home away from home with everything that you need and more. The holiday helped us to reconnect as a family and spend quality time together. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return. Thank you. Awsome stay by Motsana Mafalo, South Africa 04 May 2016 What and awsome weekend we had. The venue was the best choice to reconnect with oneself . Breath taking views and the hiking trail was a real workout. Would definitely want to re visit again
Excellent venue and peaceful! by Willie Scott 31 October 2017 We stayed at Kwaggaskop Game Farm in October 2017, probably over the coldest weekend of a maximum of 6 degrees! Unfortunately with the wind we could not do any fly fishing, but the house was excellent and we were able to spend hours in front of the fire place (sufficient fire wood is provided).
The house consists out of 4 bedrooms and everything one needs for self catering are available. Blankets and duvets are also of high quality and one did not feel cold, even with the extreme temperatures outside. Directions were very clear and the road can also be traveled with a sedan. I think this is a hidden gem. And we will most definitely be back in the future - and hopefully able to do some fly fishing! Hoking trail by Pieter Odendaal 10 December 2017 Perfect place for a tranquil family getaway. Fishing was a great highlight. We are coming again! Amazing Awesome Brilliant by Ponasen Pather 11 February 2018 The place was unbelievably amazing. Well kept, clean and neat. You didnt need to bring anything but the clothes on your back and food for your belly. All other items one would need in their home was there already. The fly fishing rods were a big surprise. Never done this kind of fishing before but loved every minute teaching ourselves how to do it. The hike through the forrest was great. A bit tough if you aren't much of a hiker or runner but still very enjoyable and the scenery whereever you looked was always on point. Will definitely be back someday Peacefull by Adel Schoeman 27 March 2018 We loved the privacy and comfort of the big farm house. Wonderful family get-together by Suzette Frey 02 May 2018 Comfortable, well-equipped house with lots of space in a beautiful, private setting The highlight of our stay was the peace and tranquility by Glen Coltman 18 June 2018 The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was great...with all the wood. Even though it was so cold at night, we were so warm and comfortable. 3 Brothers and an Uncle!! by Bryan Cuff 23 July 2018 Great venue, awesome setting.
Notes: Fire lighter didn't work, under floor heating in one room did not work.
The rest was great The views and the cosy feeling in the house is stunning by Kevin Wessels 28 August 2018 I think you need a few loungers on the deck, and a big table out side.
on the down side the house was only serviced on Saturday Morning (this waas done half as beds were not made. On Sunday we had no cleaner at the house at all. We left on Sunday eve instead of Monday. Worthwhile accommodation by Clair Mills 25 September 2018 We loved our stay at Kwaggaskop. The house is beautiful and easily found from the directions sent to us before our stay
One small irritation was that tea/coffee aren't complimentary as in most other facilities. There is a note to say same can be bought from the farm manger. Unfortunately on our stay he had no stock.
Recommendation to management would be to consider a small pool close to the house on the hotter day KWAGGASKOP GAME FARM LIGGING
