Le Chaim House is an absolute prime beachfront property located in Paternoster. This house has uninterrupted sea views and stunning sunsets. It is decorated by a top designer in a shabby-chic finish and is fully furnishing throughout.

There is an extensive open-plan kitchen with separate scullery, dining room, chill-out lounge, and a main lounge with Franco-Belge fireplaces for the winter. There are three bedrooms with the main bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Outside braai facilities are available. One lockable garage as well as off-street parking is available.

? Check-in time is strictly as follows:
- 14h00 ? 17h00 (Mon to Thu)
- 14h00 ? 19h00 (Fri)
- 14h00 ? 16h00 (Sat and Sun)
- 14h00 ? 16h00 (public holidays)

? High Season (incl Easter & Jazz festival): check-in is strictly at 15h00, unless otherwise arranged with the office.

? A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than check-in time as indicated above. This surcharge is deductible from the Key & Breakage deposit. The guest consents to this deduction.

Great House but you need access to the washing machine by

Le Chaim house is exceptional, it is well appointed and has a wonderful location on the beach.  The only drawback is that if you want to stay there for a while the owner does not give you access to the washing machine on the premises!  This is a real problem as we arrived on a weekend when the local laundry was also closed!  We really did not expect this approach from a full service property.  We asked to rental agent to approach the owner with our request and he still refused - not very nice at all.

There is also no hanging space in the other 2 bedrooms upstairs.
