The flatlet is very private with 24-hour security. The studio flatlet consists of one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette and a compact lounge area with DStv and a sleeper couch. This luxurious unit has heated towel rails and under-floor heating.
The marina is spread over 90 hectares and consists of 19 manmade islands linked by 21 arched bridges and surrounded by 25 hectares of tidal waterways.
