Letsatsi Lodge is the ideal stopover on the route between Cape Town and Namibia, in the settlement of Vanrhynsdorp.

The lodge comprises of two-, three-, and four-sleeper units, which all feature private bathrooms, DStv, air-conditioning and some units have outdoor braai facilities. The premises also offers guests a swimming pool, Wi-Fi Internet access, laundry amenities, a restaurant and secure parking.

Vanrhynsdorp is great for guests to explore, with attractions in and around the area including the Knersvlakte Nature Reserve, the Cape Flower Route and the Latsky Radio Museum.

Having decided not to drive all the way back to Paarl from Kakamas our stop at Letsatsi Lodge was confirmation that we did the right thing. Staff were welcoming and helpful; our unit was excellent in all respects and The Red Ox Restaurant was great. We'll definitely be recommending this Lodge to friends and family and will return ourselves when heading north again.

Clean, Comfortable, Modern by

Very clean, comfortavle and modern units. The staff are friendly and the Red Ox Restaurant is fantastic. Food is of a high standard.

Best place we've stayed for some time, and we travel extensively.

The logde was comfortable and clean, but our whole stay was ruined by the restaurant. We went for dinner the Sunday night (and not for lunch as we did not want the buffet). We were told that some of the buffet was still left and it was the only option-we could not order from the menu. 30 minutes later guests sat down left and right from us and were given menu and received steaks!! Who treats guests like that!! I have never been treated so badly as a guest.

Our second overnight stay after 2 years and Letsatsi Lodge has kept up the standards; very comfortable rooms with everything needed. Staff help with any requests - in our case resetting the TV and then finding someone in Vanrhynsdorp who could open the locked doors on the Hilux while we had breakfast!!
