The spacious room and bed by

The room looked lovely although setup impractical. 32" tv placed not square infront of the bed but way back at the entrance of the room. Which made it uncomfortable to watch tv, also the screen way too small for the about 8m distance from the bed to the TV. Another issue was the audio as we needed to increase the volume to hear properly which disturbed the other guests as we were asked by Precious to put the volume down.

The aircon was the 2nd hand one that came out of Noah's ark. Lol. Settings are measured watts and no cool or heat and it was just blowing hot air.

Staff needs training on Smart TVs, as well sharpen up on communication and customer service as you cannot tell the customer that it is a problem to open the gate at 10pm and you lock everyone in at 9pm at night and ask how long we will be as you are on duty but sleeping from 9pm.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We have taken note of your concerns and we will look into improving our services. On the issue of our lock up time, we are not operational 24 hours a day, hence, on the booking site we have highlighted that we have an opening time and closing time. Unfortunately, we are not able to be opening the gates during odd hours of the night for each and every guest who will be coming back at different hours of the night. We do this as a security measure for everyone who will be staying at the house and also to allow the hosts and other guests to also have a peaceful rest because they will also need to retire for the night. And, we are not in a position to offer gate keys to overnight guests as a matter of security. On the issue of the smart tvs, we specifically request and recommend that the guest does not have have to change any of the TV settings at all. This is done because once the tv settings are changed it loses signal and it takes time to reset it back. My sincerest apologies for the discomfort and disappointment that may have come up with you staying with us.
