Lis des Champs is a lovely three-bedroom self-catering apartment, ideally situated in the centre of Flic En Flac, a mere eight minutes' walk from the beach and the main Spa Shopping Centre. It is also located midway between Les Orchidees and Les Genadiers. This location is very handy for self-catering, and all amenities including post offices, banks, and night clubs are nearby.

Lis des Champs is a small, personal complex comprising only nine villas. The villa can accommodate up to six guests and features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Each bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en-suite. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, microwave and a gas burner. There is also a six-seater dining table and chairs. The comfortable lounge contains a TV and has a cosy atmosphere.

The complex offers a communal swimming pool and is protected by 24 hour security with controlled access to the premises.

Some points to note: Although the actual complex is very clean and well maintained, and the pool is always very clean and there is always a watchman on the premises which made us feel safe. The units all seemed to be owned by different owners or agents and the actual unit we stayed in: ? The cutlery was very old, cheap and dirty.(Pots with no handles) ? There is only a cold water in the kitchen sink for washing dishes. ? There is no Microwave ? There is no oven, only a Gas Hob ? The bedrooms air-conditioning failed to work in 2 of the rooms ? The neighbour has 3 large dogs locked up in a small enclosed area, which bark continuously day and night. The animals also look like they were mistreated, which upset us. We asked the agent to please move us to another complex as they did not own any of the other units, which he so kindly did. On Saturday night neighbours across the road host disco parties with very loud music.
