Llandudno Views is a beautiful double-storey holiday home with sea views situated in Llandudno, within easy walking distance to the beach. Llandudno lies nestled in a private and peaceful cove, boasting one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches in the city.

The house features three bedrooms downstairs leading onto a garden with a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an open-plan living area with DStv and a fireplace, a large covered balcony with a built-in barbecue, a laundry room downstairs, unlimited Wi-Fi connection, an iPod docking station, and safe off-street parking for two vehicles. In addition, a maid is included three days a week, the gardener tends the garden once a week, and the pool is serviced also once a week.

The Twelve Apostles stretch off to one side, while Little Lion's Head and the Karbonkelberg Mountain sweep off in the other direction. The beautiful beach, renowned for its white sands, crisp blue waters and giant boulders, is arguably one of the most photogenic in Cape Town, and a favourite for beach activities such as volleyball, beach rugby and surfing, and is also great for sun-worshipping and a preferred picnic spot for families.

Just a short five-minute drive takes you over the hill to the vibrant and lively community of Hout Bay, a delightful fishing village with plenty of restaurants, upmarket shopping centres, endless tourist attractions, and fun activities for the whole family.
