Charming house on Dunkirk Estate in Salt Rock with private beach club.Enjoy the wonderful child friendly lifestyle of living on Dunkirk Estate with its amazing bird and wildlife and exceptional facilities which include award winning clubhouse with restaurant, 25m pool, sauna, steam room and gym and a floodlit tennis court. There are also two dams and lovely walking trails around the estate.On the main Salt Rock beach is the Dunkirk Beach Clubhouse which gives residents unrivalled access onto the beach. Dunkirk Estate is situated 1km from the main Salt Rock Beach. My house is within easy walking distance to the pool and clubhouse - 300m.

Tranquil Comfort by

We'll appointed and comfortable home (including aircon in bedrooms) situated inside beautiful and safe Dunkirk Estate.
Serene nature setting with diverse fauna and flora.
We saw various buck and birds.
Dunkirk Estate also offered us 7.5km of road running within the estate. Main clubhouse had great facilities with restaurant, 20m pool, steam / sauna rooms, tennis court, tanning deck and kids play area. The sattelite clubhouse at Salt Rock Beach 5 mins away was also a winner, as were the shops also within 5 min drive.
Lovelly venue. A plunge pool at the house would yield a five star rating.

We enjoyed our stay at Lyns Place. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. We also liked the big yard and the patio. We would definitely come back.
