Marlborough Court 61 is a spacious penthouse apartment, situated on the top floor of the Marlborough Court apartment building. The apartment is newly furnished and fully fitted for self-catering.

The apartment has three lovely rooms all with double beds. The master bedroom leads out onto the patio, and has an en-suite bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes all new modern appliances, granite counter tops and all cutlery and crockery. The living area includes a dining table and lounge area with ample seating space and a TV. The lounge leads out onto a large sea-facing balcony with braai facilities. Parking is available in front of the building. Alternatively parking can be rented at Durban Sands.

Just had a pleasant stay at 61Marlborough Court. Apartment is very suitable for family vacation stay, everything is close, amenities and points of interest.

There was no highlight by

I loved nothing, our family's first day of holiday was ruined. we did not get the accommodation we paid for, the apartment we were given was totally different from what we paid for. We had to book at a hotel for that night. Called the owner, wanting an explanation, she was RUDE, screaming and telling me that there is no refund, the apartments are the same. All I asked her was that she should have told me that the accommodation we paid for was not available, she yelled and did not want to give me a chance and I was just not happy. We got to stay at the apartment we paid for the next day, It was not up to standard. The owner should change the attitude and treat well other people.
