The house is a short walking distance from the Crocodile River where you can look into the Kruger at various spots and with a bit of luck see the Big Five and other animals from a close distance in the riverbed whilst having a sun-downer or taking a walk along the river.

Guided hikes in Marloth Park is a must for bird and nature lovers during which you will also learn a lot about the history of the area, or you can go on a day trip into the Kruger or a hike inside the Kruger accompanied by a game ranger. The Crocodile entrance bridge is 14 km from your home.
