Welcome to your true Bushveld Experience.

Here is where you want to be to see full grown predator species, only steps away from you, have the experience of being a onlooker when they are interacted with by humans, and getting to know them better in a natural, educational and happy environment. Our animals are our pride and joy, and we want to make sure these species are still alive and well by the time our children and grandchildren are adults with kids of their own. We bring you White Lions, White Tigers, Bengal Tigers, Brown Lions, Wild dogs and many more of the endangered species of the wild. All of the mentioned are fully grown. The bonus of this lodge, is that it is open to the public on a daily basis, and we also provide overnight and holiday facilities for the people that enjoys the experience of hearing a lion roar at night just before bedtime, and waking up to the exhilarating sunrise, fresh air, greeted by the wild and untamed. We also have conference facilities, with an a la carte restaurant and a beautiful swimming pool with 2 lapa's. Should you wish to have a birthday or a special occasion, we will make any of the lapas, the conference room or even the restaurant available for you.

Our chalets are fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom i.e. self-catering, and we also supply you with linen and towels. Every chalet is different from the next, and the amount of beds differ to suit every need.

Wow. What a let down. From the saddest animals I've ever seen to the unprofessional staff. First of all they ask every night were you eating to see if they can close early or not. Then there is a sign saying you are not allowed to bring in your own alcohol and must support them. Sure but then why close your bar at 5pm on a Friday. Then there is loud music 24/7 so what's the point of getting away from the city. The last morning people (staff) walked past our unit loud and drunk. The staff looked very hungover!! The bedding was dirty and believe I know because before going to bed I scratched something off my pillow,it was disgusting. Then before we could use any cups we had to was them because there were marks on some and lipstick marks on glasses. We walked passed the tigers down to 2 Lonely lions and next to the cage in grass just hunters beer cans all over. The place looks so run down. It looks like a poorly taken care off farm with all the passion and love for what it once was gone! That poor bear broke my heart. The food was not good. We were hoping to spend 2 days there and enjoy with the kids. Instead we had to leave early in the mornings to go do other activities with them. I seriously wonder where the money goes towards to what we pay. Because for up keeping of the units or animals it does not. So please if u planning on a cheap bar night with bad loud music 24/7 go there. Or if you have small kids that don't like entertainment go there. Also. What's the point of having a tv that doesn't work. Believe me we wanted a bush experience and didn't get that. Then our only option was tv. Oops yes we have it in the room but it doesn't work. Just there for show to hopefully gain an extra star. If you are looking for a awesome comfortable bush experience STAY AWAY. YOU WILL NOT GET IT!!!!!!!
